Advanced toolsfor the detection of Molecular Markersin Leukemias<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our kits are designed for the diagnosis and monitoring of leukemias caused by the BCR\/ABL fusion gene resulting from the t(9;22) translocation (Philadelphia Chromosome) and are capable of detecting and quantifying the following variants: major P210, minor P190, micro P230, and the rare b3a3\/b2a3, e1a3, nano (e6a2\/e6a3)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, we offer solutions for other relevant genetic translocations such as: PML\/RARa t(15;17), AML1-ETO t(8;21), CBFB\/MYH11 t(16;16), and TEL-AML1 t(12;21).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to kits for genetic translocations, we offer a product line for the detection of coagulation factor defects<\/strong> and for COVID-19 diagnosis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, Bioclarma offers a product line<\/strong> for the diagnosis of hereditary thrombophilia<\/strong> associated with polymorphisms in the Factor II<\/strong> (Prothrombin), Factor V<\/strong>, and Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase (MTHFR)<\/strong> genes, utilizing a direct method that does not require DNA purification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding COVID-19<\/strong>, our company produces a qualitative and quantitative assay that can be used on 96- or 384-reaction platforms, and can be performed on respiratory samples without the need for prior viral RNA extraction.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
