AML1-ETO

The SensiQuant Direct AML1-ETO products are designed for the QUALITATIVE detection and QUANTITATIVE measurement of the t(8;21) transcript in cases of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).

The product line includes:

Application

• Lyoset Reference: Reference material in ampoules containing lyophilized mixtures with known quantities of cells positive for the targeted translocation, diluted in negative cells. Essential for assessing qualitative or quantitative performance in translocation detection assays.
