Advanced tools
for the detection of Molecular Markers
in Leukemias

Our kits are designed for the diagnosis and monitoring of leukemias caused by the BCR/ABL fusion gene resulting from the t(9;22) translocation (Philadelphia Chromosome) and are capable of detecting and quantifying the following variants:
major P210, minor P190, micro P230, and the rare b3a3/b2a3, e1a3, nano (e6a2/e6a3).

Additionally, we offer solutions for other relevant genetic translocations such as:
PML/RARa t(15;17), AML1-ETO t(8;21), CBFB/MYH11 t(16;16), and TEL-AML1 t(12;21).

In addition to kits for genetic translocations, we offer a product line for the detection of coagulation factor defects and for COVID-19 diagnosis.

Additionally, Bioclarma offers a product line for the diagnosis of hereditary thrombophilia associated with polymorphisms in the Factor II (Prothrombin), Factor V, and Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase (MTHFR) genes, utilizing a direct method that does not require DNA purification.

Regarding COVID-19, our company produces a qualitative and quantitative assay that can be used on 96- or 384-reaction platforms, and can be performed on respiratory samples without the need for prior viral RNA extraction.
