Smart SNP Sample Diluent
Diluent for Whole Blood Samples
The SMART SNP Sample Diluent is used for the dilution of whole blood samples prior to amplification in Real-Time PCR. The SMART SNP Sample Diluent is to be used with AUTOMATED DISPENSING SYSTEMS, in combination with the following products:
- SMART SNP FII FVL Direct Kit (SNPD-034): A “Multiplex” Real-Time assay for the allelic determination of Factor II (SNP G20210A) and Factor V Leiden (SNP G1691A).
- SMART SNP FII Direct Kit (SNPD-029): A Real-Time assay for the allelic determination of Factor II (SNP G20210A).
- SMART SNP FVL Direct Kit (SNPD-030): A Real-Time assay for the allelic determination of Factor V Leiden (SNP G1691A).
- SMART SNP MTHFR 677 Direct Kit (SNPD-033): A Real-Time assay for the allelic determination of the MTHFR Gene (SNP C677T).
- SMART SNP MTHFR 1298 Direct Kit (SNPD-032): A Real-Time assay for the allelic determination of the MTHFR Gene (SNP A1298C).
